Ladies CLIMBING PROGRAM at Arq is Back!
How it works:
The Ladies Climbing Program has been structured into a 5 week program. We wanted to create opportunity through specific instruction, for all levels of climbing-tailored for women. It'll be focused on the "How To's" of climbing and skill sets that follow suit. Just getting into the sport? You're a seasoned climber? Building strength, focusing on fear of falling, learning about dynamic movement, and of course setting goals; get motivated and build community in a safe and welcoming environment.

We encourage you to take the next ladies program, as it builds on what you've learned, allowing for further growth in the sport. For returning registrants, you'll receive 20% off
The structure
APRIL 3-MAY 1
Every Thursday at 7pm-9pm for 5 weeks
WEEK 1: Skill sets - "How To..."
WEEK 2: Building strength/mobility
WEEK 3: Trust your partner/fear of falling
WEEK 4: Size doesn't matter: Dynamic movement
WEEK 5: How to project/Setting goals

Ladies Night will be focused on providing a safe and comfortable environment for all women to climb and build community, regardless of ability or experience! We’re hoping to encourage more women to try climbing, as well as help our existing members connect with each other. (We even want to make it possible to get some busy moms out!)

The Ladies climbing program is about building community. So, we've put together a dream team of experienced local women from Arq's community; climbers with a wide range of expertise. And they're excited to share their passion for climbing with you. They have experience in many areas of climbing that will sure to be helpful to you on and off the walls.
We'll have prizes! And Awards! This'll be exciting!!
